1. That the Appeal in the above styled cause is hereby dismissed;
2. That the supersedeas cash bond of $150.00 posted in this cause be ~
transferred to the Clerk of Circuit Court for payment of the fine
imposed~in this cause by-the trial judge.
3._ That Ralph Flowers, Attorney for Appellant pay to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court $1.50 as costs for the registration fee for the filing
of this Appeal.
