STIPULATION
Comes now WAYNE P. DAMPIER, Husband, and JACQUELYN S.
DA~ff'I~n DRISCOLL, Wife, by and through their undersigned attorneys,
respectively, and in consideration of the Husband's voluntary dis-
missal of the Supplemental Complaint for Modification of Child -
Support filed herein and the Wife's voluntary dismissal of the
Counterpetiton.filed herein,-and the entry of the Consent Order
below, do hereby enter into this Stipulation as follows: -
1. The Husband, WAYNE P. DAMPIER, is in arrears in the
payment of child support under the Final Judgment Dissolution of
2~arriage entered herein on the 20th day.of June, 1975, in the amount
of $570.00.
2. The Husband, WAYNE P. DAMPIER, shall continue to pay
child support in the amrnmt of $15.00 per week per child, and in
addition thereto, shall pay $10.00 per week in reduction of the
aforementioned arrearage until the-same shall have been paid in full.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him promptly remitted to JACQUELYN S. DAMPIER DRISCOLL: In addi-
tion, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
~ to be added to each payment made to the-Clerk. All payments shall
be Wade in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of-the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their-mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Stipulation is in
effect. -
