3. The Husband, WAYNE P. DAMPIER, agrees to pay the
attorney for the Wife, ERROL WILLES, of the law firm of WILLES
and BITTAN, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars as attorneys'
fees in this matter, payable at $25.00 per month, commencing the
18th of August, 1979.
4. That the Consent Order entered below shall be
considered an amendment to and incorporated into the Final Judgment
entered in this cause on the 20th day of June, 1975.

This cause came before the Court, based on the Stipulation
entered into between the parties as set forth above, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises;-it is, thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the terms of the Stipulation set forth above are
incorporated in-this Order.
~ 2. That there is hereby entered a voluntary dismissal of
the Husband's Supplemental Complaint for Modification of Child Sup-
port and the Wife's Counterpetition filed herein, without prejudice. Y~~
