ORDER GRANTING COMMON LAW JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 29th day of June,
1979, upon the Petition To Reduce Attorney Fees And Costs To Common
Law Judgment, and the Dirt having examined the Petition, and having
received an Affidavit in support of the Petition into evidence, and
the Court finding that ROBERT JAMES TOWNSEND was duly served and
given notice of .these proceedings, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law,
Chartered, to reduce attorney fees and costs to common law judgment,
be, and is hereby ordered granted, and that it be, and is hereby
further ordered that BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
have and .recover a commnon law judgment against ROBERT JAMES TOWNSEND
in the amount of $387.71 from the date of the rendition of this
Judgment, and it be, and is hereby further ordered that if this
Judgment his not paid within ten_(10) days after the date hereof,
let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED this 3 ( day of July, 1979, at Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
