ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came~on to be heard this 10th day of August, 1979,
upon the petition for temporary relief filed by the Wife,arid the
Husband having been duly served with process, and the Court after
hearing testimony and being otherwise_advised in the premises, it
- is thereupon-
. ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have temporary custody of JA BARI SMITH,
minor child, subject to reasonable visitation by the Husband.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of FIFTY
AND NO/100 DOLLARS (50.00) per week for support of said minor child,
commencing on MONDAY, AUGUST 13, 1979, and each week thereafter; said
payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court in cash, money order or
cashier's cheok. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of
X2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect.
3. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDERID in Chambers at Saint Lucie County, Fort Pierce,
Florida, this ~ day of August, 1979.
