DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of Auqust, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determiness this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation. of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
' the parties is irretriecavly broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. The marriage betwen JAMES LANGFORD THARP and SANDRA

t LEE THARP be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties. and
eac h of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising -

therefrom.
2. The property settlement agreement admitted into

evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. SANDRA LEE THARP be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of SANDRA LEE MENALIS and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
