FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . This cause came on for trial. the 14th day of August, 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between J. E. ELIZER and CAMERONE T. ELIZER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony- heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. In lieu of alimony, the Husband, J. E. ELIZER,-shall pay to the Wife, CAMERONE T. ELIZER, the sum of One Hundred Ten Dollars ($110) each month, commencing Wednesday, August 15, 1979 and on the 15th day of each month thereafter until the mortgages on the marital dwelling. located on Lot 3, Block 10, Unit 1, Surfside Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida have been paid in full. s~~K 314 pA~E 1936 f`? t.• i, LAW OFFIC6B = ' i.
