FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 13th day of August,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all -
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this -suit;

that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon, -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ALTAMESE SMITH, Petitioner/

f Wife, and POMPEY JOHN SMITH Respondent/Husband, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them

are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- -
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising.
therefrom;
2. The Petitioner/Wife is hereby awarded the Respondent/
Husband's interest in the marital home being more particularly
described as: -
Lots 14 and 15, Block 16, HARMONY HEIGHTS
~ No. 4, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 9, page 71, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
That upon the Respondent/Husband executing a Quit Claim Deed
and delivering same to the Petitioner/Wife or her attorney, E'
