all further obligations relating to the marital home, specifically
including mortgage payments, taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc.,
will be the sole total obligation and responsibility of the
Petitioner/Wife. The Respondent/Husband is hereby directed and
ordered to vacate said premises immediately upon pain of contempt;
5. The Petitioner/Wife is restored to the use of her
original name, ALTAMESE DEMERY, which she shall be known as
henceforth;
6. The Respondent/Husband is directed and ordered to
pay to the Petitioner/Wife's attorneys the amount of $300.00
towards attorneys' fees. Each party shall bear his or her own
costs in this cause;
7. The parties are hereby enjoined from molesting,
annoying, harassing, interfering with, physically abusing each
other, or threatening each other, and the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County is hereby directed to enforce this Order of the under-
signed and to take into immediate custody either of the parties
who violates the terms thereof;
. 8. The Court hereby reserves jurisdiction for the entry
of all future Orders which may be just and proper,.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
