WALTER A. BLUBBER, Husband
and
MELANIE A. BLUBBER, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT -
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of August, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
-the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is iretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows
1. The marriage between WALTER A. BLUBBER and MELANIE
A. BLUBBER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from-the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of ERIC R. BLUBBER and STEVEN W. BLUBBER,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MELANIE A.
BLUBBER with liberal reasonable visitation rights reserved to
WALTER A. BLUBBER.
3. Commencing Friday, August 17, 1979 WALTER A. BLUBBER
shall pay to MELANIE A. BLUBBER the sum of Twenty-five Dollars
($25) each week for the support and maintenance of each child
named above for a total weekly payment of Fifty Dollars ($50).
