This cause came on for trial the lath- day of August,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this-suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the,
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TRACI ROSENDAHL, born 12/21/71
and TERRI ROSENDAHL, born 12/21/71,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner,
SUSAN J. ROSENDAHL with reasonable visitation
. rights reserved to Respondent, TIM A. ROSENDAHL.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 17th day of August,
1979, TIM A._ ROSENDRHL• shall pay per wk., per child
to SUSAN A. ROSENDAHL the sum of $ / for the support of
the child(ren) named above. /
