1, THOMAS KOVACS, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie County, -
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils thereto by me at any
time heretofore made,, and do hereby make, publish and declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament.
I.
I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses and
expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
II.
1 give and bequeath the sum of $3, 000.00 to my wife, JOSEPHINE _
KOVACS. I intentionally make no other provision herein for my wife,
not because of any lack of love or affection, but because I have made
adequate provisions for her prior to the execution of this Will.
III.
I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, including any property over which I have a power of
appointment, and all real, personal and intangible property, of whatever
kind, character and description, and wherever situated, in equal shares

to such of my three children, THOMAS G. KOVACS, JR. , EVELYN
KOVACS, and EDWIN LEROY KOVACS, all of whom presently reside
in Shrub Oak, New York, as shall survive me.
