IV.
- I appoint n4Y daughter, EVELYN KOVACS, to be the Executrix of
this Will. If she shall fail to qualit~r or cease to act, I appoint my son,
THOMAS G. KOVACS, JR. , in her place and stead. I direct that mY
Executrix or any substitute or successor personal representative shall
not be required to post bond or other security for the faithful performance -
of her or his duties hereunder. -

I hereby give and grant unto my executrix or any substitute or
successor personal representative full right and power to hold, manage,
invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge and lease all or any -

portion of any property, whether real, .personal or mixed, tangible or

intangible, wherever situated, of which I may die sei a or possessed,
j and I further give and grant to my executrix or any substitute or successor

personal representative the right to otherwise dispose of the assets of -
my estate at public or private sale and upon such terms or conditions as
she may see fit, and the further right to make, execute and deliver any -
and all contracts, options, deeds or other instruments carrying out. the
authority herein given as she may deem necessary or proper for the
convenient and advantageous management and settlement of my estate,
and she may make distribution either in cash or in kind, without regard
for any law. or statute limiting the powers of executrices. ~
