WAYNO, as personal representative of the above Estate, alleges: _ 1. Part of the assets of this Estate consist of the following- described real property: Lot 28,.B1ock 245, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION SIX, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 36A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary, and to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above-described real property to provide funds for the payment of the debts of the decedent and costs of administration, and to prepare for distribution of the Estate. 3. Petitioner:, as personal representative, hay received an .offer to purchase said real property at private sale for $50,000.00 ! cash, which offer is equal to the fair market value of said property. WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be entered authorizing Petitioner to sell said property on the terms and conditions set forth in this Petition.
