ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause having been considered by this Court
upon the petition of RICHARD M. ROMIG, ancillary personal
representative of the above estate, and the Court having
determined that it is in the best interest of the state that
the sole asset of the estate in Florida be-sold in order to
facilitate the administration of the estate, that the best
interests of the estate will be served by a sale of the property
at a private sale for cash, it is
ORDERED that Petitioner, as, ancillary personal represen-
tative of the above estate, is authorized to sell the following
described property for cash to PAUL R. ROBICHAUD, JR.:
Lot 7, Block 1368, Section 14, Port St. Lucie, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
