The petitioner, JULIA ELLEN WILSON, allegeB:
1. Petitioner has an interest~in the above estate as
the surviving spouse of the decedent. Petitioner's name and
address are: JULIA ELLEN WILSON, Route 4, Box 485, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450. The name and address of petitioner's attorney
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, CHARLES WALTER WILSON, whose last known
address was Route 4, Box 485, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
January 14, 1979 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at. the time of
death decedent was domiciled in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
