. I, LOUIS 8. THOMAS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
I. .
I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all of my
just debts, including the expenses of my~last illness and fu-
neral expenses.
II. -
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
hereafter acquired by me, I give, devise and bequeath in equal
shares, to my children LOUIS-E. THOMAS, JR., 917 East Loney
Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19111, and DORIS T.
HANISCO, 2932 East Glengarry Road, Memphis, Tennessee, 38128.
' If either of my said children shall fail to survive me
and shall leave issue living at my death, such issue shall
represent their parent and take the said parent's share, per
stirpes; otherwise, the share of such child of mine shall drop
out, thereby increasing the share of my other child then living,
or his or her issue, as the case may be. _ i
III.
I hereby name, nominate and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor, as Executor of
this Will.
