THIS CAiISE came for trial this 15th day of August, A.D., 1979, and the
Oourt having given full consideration to-all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Oaur't has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of-this suit;
that the relatioln of husband and wife now exists betw~ec~n the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is, thereupon,
O~ AMID AQ7ilDGEO as follows
1. DISSOIiT1ZCN MARRIAGE. The Marriage between TRAVIS HAHI{INS,
Husband and HART C. I~IICII~S, Wife, be, and the same is hereby. dissolved, and
the parties and~each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them, and from the obligatials arising therefrom.
2. CUS`PODY. Custody of MICHAII. T. I~IICIl~.S and J. S'ILVII~I HAHICIlJS,

minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded tD HART C. Wife,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to TRAVIS F~IlJS, Husband.
~ 3. SUPPORT. Qa[mlencing on the 15th day of August, A.D., 1979, TRAVIS NAI~IICIIJS,
Husband, shall pay to HART C. HAi~IICII~1S, Wife, the sum of $350.00 each and every
month, for the support of the children na~aed above until such. time as the
oldest minor child attains the age of 18 or beooilles emancipated whichever comes
first. Tt>ereafter, child support shall be reduced to $250.00 per month.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Qourt and by him remitted
promptly to HART C. Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as statutory costs tro be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Roth of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this court andvised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
