THIS CAUSE came an for trial this 15th-day of August, A.D., 1979, and the Oourt
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
his Oaurt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; .
that the relation of the hu~sbaryd and wife now exists betw~aen the parties; and
that the marriage 6etw~een the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is, tom.

1. DIS9~IQJ ~ MARRIAGE. The Marriage between OAi~TIE HIBSARD, Husband,
and CEO2ISTII~ RUIN HIBBARD, Wife, be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and
the parties and each of then are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between then, and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUS'I~ODY. Custody of DQ~NA 1~i4RIE HIBBARD, DQ~HQIE LII: HIBBARU and
HELIIaIA MAY H7~B8ARD, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
CIH2ISTI1~ RUTH , Wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
OANNIE HIBBARD, Husband. ,r~
3. SUPPORT. C7amlencing the day of , 19 ,
LIANIJIE HIBBARD, Husband shall pay to CHRISTINE RUIN ,wife, the sun of
$200.00 each and every month, for the support of~the children panned above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this (butt and by him remitted

assessed the sun of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, imney order or cashier's

of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is
in effect.
