ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the above styled cause be and the same is hereby
dismissed with prejudice. '
2. That the Lis Pendens heretofore filed be cancelled and
held-for naught.
3. That the Clerk of this Court be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to pay to the Defendants,-CHARLES A.
YAEGER and ARLENE F. YAEGER, his wife, any and all moneys paid
