36 South, Range 38 East, said part which lies within 148.00 feet Southerly ,
of the Centerline of Construction according to the Right of Hay Map for
Section 94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said Centerline being more
particularly described as follows:

Conn~ence at the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range
38 East; thence N 00°09'17" W along the West line of said Section 4 a
distance of_146.11 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING-of the herein described
Centerline of Construction; thence S 84°08'25" E along said Centerline of
Construction a distance of T1.28 feet; thence S 84°16'34" E along said E
Centerline of Construction a distance of 3722.21 feet and crossing the -
North line of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, to the Beginning
of a curve concave Northerly; thence Easterly along said curve having a
radius of 5729.58 feet, having a central angle of 05°25'44" an arc ~
distance of 542.89 feet to the end of said curve; thence S 89°42'18" E
a distance of 1087.32 feet to the END of the herein described Centerline
of Construction, thence N 00°08'45" W along the East line of said
Section 9 a distance of 289.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Section 9, Township 36 South,-Range 38 East. -
Excepting therefrom the existing Right-of-Way by Maintenance for State -
Road 70 and Existing Canal Right of_tilay.
