Centerline of Construction a distance of 434.50 feet to a point of curvature -
concave Southeasterly; thence Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of
2864.79 feet, a central angle of 09°42'04", an arc distance of 485.06 feet to
the end of said.curve, thence N 86 53 30 E along said Centerline of Construction ~
