EXHIBIT "A" }
All accounts, contract rights and intangible personal property - -
of Debtor now existing or hereafter arising in connection
with Debtor's business conducted on the real property described
below, and all crops and farm products of Debtor now existing s
or owned or hereafter arising or acquired which pertain to,
arise out of or grow upon the real property described below,
together with all instruments, documents, chattel papers and
general intangibles relating to or arising from the fore-
going collateral and all cash and noncash proceeds and
prod~.cts .thereof .
All fixtures, equipment, consumer goods, gaols, inventory,
and other personal property of whatsoever nature including
but not limited to plumbing, heating and lighting apparatus,
screening,~boilers, machinery, exhaust fans, heating and air E
conditioning systems, farm equipment and fixtures, owned by
the Debtor and located in or on the following described property
and any replacements thereof or additions thereto whether now
on the property or added later.
The Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter, - the tdorthwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter, an4 the tortheast quarter of
the_Southeast quarter less road and canal rights or way, all
being in Section 12, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida. So long as the Borrower is not in default of
its obligations to the Secured Party, it may sell, transfer or
otherwise dispose of any of the Collateral in the ordinary course
of its business.
