Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being store particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast-corner of~said Lot 15, thence South along
the East line of said Lot 1S for a distance of 240 feet to the point
of beginning, thence Westerly to a point on the Eases right-of-way of
U. S. Highway No.-1,. said point being 300 feet South (as measured
along Sast right-of-way) of~the intersection of the North line .of said
Lot 15, and the East right-of-way of U. S. Highway No. l; thence
Northwesterly along said East right-of-way for a distance of 100 feet,
thence Easterly to a point on the East line of said Lot 15, said Point
being 145.62 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 15. thence
-South along the East line of said Lot 15, for a distance of 94.38 feet
to the point of beginning. _
LESS AND EXCEPT the right-of-way for Lennard Road.
