Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium. covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rirchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of. the terms a>,id provisions of said Declaration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the .assessment under the ~ Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel heing conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tl~e said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e Property Owners' Association and said P~irchaser asseanes the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements', if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is rn~~de or inte~xled nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
