is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the. condominium
in which his ~uiit is located and F~chihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (wheti~er the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
• therein), the By-laws .of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Ih>Iles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of. apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of .the, Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading acid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits,-and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acimowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mautage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium. covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rirchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of. the terms a>,id provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the .assessment under the ~
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel heing conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tl~e said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of tl~e Property Owners' Association and said P~irchaser asseanes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements', if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is rn~~de or inte~xled
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
