That part of Lot 3 of the Plat of resurvey, of Koblegard's Subdivision of
part of Lot 3 of Russell's Subdivision, according to Plat of said resurvey
in Plat Book 1, page 3? of the public records of St. Itlcie County, Florida,
described as follows:
Beginning on the North line of said Lot 3 at the SS corner of Lot 32
of OCEAN BOULEVARD PARR as per plat on file in Plat Book 7, page 18,
of the public records of St. Lude County, Florida, for point of
beginning run Westerly along said-North line of Lot 3, 96.05 feet
more or less to its intersection with F;3st right-of-gray line of
Florida Fast Coast ~i.lway.; thence turn and run Southeasterly along
said East rigtltrof~ray line to its intersection with the South line of
said Lot 3; thence turn and run Easterly along the South line of said
Lot 3, to the point of intersection of the .Southerly extension of the

turn and run Northerly to the point of beginning.
