This Note shall be payable in full in the sum of 54,082.63 without
interest, within ten (10) days after Payors are notified by Payees in -
writing that all title problems to the property described in the
Mortgage- given to secure the payment of this Note have. been cleared.
j In the event Payors are unable to clear the title within 120 days from
the date hereof, then Payors have the option of assuming responsibility ,
of clearing the title and deducting the reasonable cost thereof,
including attorney's fees, from the principal balance o-f this Note. i
