SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, LESS AND
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 175 feet of the North 471.55 feet
thereof; ALSO EXCEPTING the right of way for Orange Avenue. -
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress-from Douglas E.
Mullins and Edith G. Mullins, his wife, to Star Construction
Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc., dated April 18, 1969, recorded in
O. R. Book 176., page 2634 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; over-the-property as more fully described in
said grant of easement; and SUBJECT TO an easement reserved by
Douglas E. Mullins, joined by his wife, Edith G. Mullins in
that certain warranty deed of conveyance dated April 18, 1969, -
recorded in O. R. Book 176, page 2642 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, to Star Construction Company of
-Ft. Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation.
