Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation, to St. Lucie
County Bank, now Sun Bank of St. L~icie County, dated April 18, 1969,
recorded in O. R. .Book 176, page 2649 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal sum of $11,215.28.
2. That certain second mortgage from David B. Putnam, Jr.
and Patrick B. Lally to E.-E. Whitaker and Norma L. Whitaker,
his wife, dammed .February 21, 1973, recorded in O.. R. Book 211,
page 699 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in the original principal sum of $113,600.00.
3. That certain third mortgage from Patrick B. Lally to
E. E. Whitaker and Norma L.. Whitaker, his wife, dated March 24,
1976, recorded in O. R. Book 251 at page 595 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing two promissory notes aggre-
gating the principal sum of $5,569.64.
