WAIVER OF FINAL ACCOUNTING AND
PETIT GE
AND RECEIPT-OF HEIR
The undersigned, as ersona r ative of the above
estate, alleges: -
- 1. That decedent, ROBERT W. JANDA, a resident of Boulder,
Colorado died intestate on March 7, 1977 and Letters of Adminis-
tration in ancillary proceedings were issued to petitioner
- December 13, 1977..
2. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented and by paying or making provision for the pay-
ment of all expenses of administration.
3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
the-State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court
evidence ~f the satisfaction of this estate's obligation for Florida
estate taxes being Non-taxable Certificate and. Receipt for Estate
Tax No. E47142. -
4. That a certified appraisal was made of the assets of this
estate and the total value of all assets was $16,000. Florida
Statutes 732.101 gives to the surviving spouse the first $20,000.00
of an intestate estate and petitioner proposes to make distribution
of the entire assets of this estate as follows:
T0: SENTA JANDA Parcel 1: Begin at the intersection of the

ship 35 South, Range 39 East, run west along
the centerline of Orange AVenue Extension a
distance of 360 feet to a point; thence turn
and run South parallel to said east section
line of Section 9, a distance of 390 feet for
point of beginning: From said point of.begin-
ning, continue south 140 feet to a point;
