5. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding -

spouse, and Raren Janda, the lineal descendant and minor-child of
the decedent and the surviving spouse, of 4695 Fordham Circle,
Boulder, Colorado. -
6. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
