ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
This proceeding was heard on the Waiver of Final Accounting,
Petition for Distribution and Discharge, and Receipt of Heir filed
by Senta Janda, the personal. representative of the estate of Robert
W. Janda, deceased, and the court finding that the estate has been
properly administered, that claims of creditors have been paid or-
otherwise disposed of, and that the personal representative should be
discharged, it therefore is:
ADJUDGED THAT: .
1. There be immediate distribution of the assets of the
decedent as follows:
T0: SENTA JANDA, 4695 Fordham Circle, Boulder,.Colorado 80306
Parcel 1: Begin at the intersection of the centerline
orange Avenue Extension and the east section line of
Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run West
along the centerline of Orange Avenue Extension a distance
of 360 feet to a point; thence turn and run South parallel
to said east section line of Section 9, a distance of
390 feet for point of beginning: From said point of
beginning, continue south 140 feet to a point; thence
turn and run west. 299 feet to a point; thence turn and run
north 140 feet to a point; thence turn and run east 299
feet to the point of beginning.
Said land being also described as Lot 6 of an unrecorded
plat entitled WEST-FORT PIERCE ESTATES lying in the E 1/2.
. of E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parcel 2: Begin at-the intersection of the centerline of
range venue Extension and the east section line of
Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, and run West
alongg the centerline of Orange Avenue Extension a distance
of 360 feet to a point; thence turn and run South parallel
to-said east section line of Section 9, a distance of
2090 feet to the point of beginning. From this point of
beginning, run west parallel to the centerline of Orange
' Avenue Extension, a distance of 298 feet to a point; thence
turn and run south parallel to said east section line a
distance of 100 feet to a point; thence turn and~run east
parallel to centerline of Orange Avenue Extension, a
distance of 298 feet; thence turn and run North parallel
