After due ~iotice by or to all parties affected, on August lO,
1979, a hear3.Ag was held before the Court with respect to the
matters disposed of by this Order. Upon consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, shall
deliver to Vincent A. Lloyd, Esquire, as attorney for the
Plaintiff, within ~s days of the date of this Order, those
-~I items requested in the Notice to Produce, previously served
~i upon the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS, on April 25, 1979. The
Defendant, M. B. SRAGGS, is directed to go to the law firm of

!!E Sullivan ~ Cobb in Vero Beach, Florida, and obtain from them
ii those items set forth in the Notice.to Produce, and he shall

in turn, deliver them to his attorney, L. A. O'Laughlin, Esquire,
who will deliver them to Vincent A. Lloyd, Esquire, as attorney
for the Plaintiff. A copy of this Order shall be served upon.
