FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of August,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all-the
evidence, finds and determines:-This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; an
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. Zt is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between G. P.
HURD and AVONELL C. HURD be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the-bonds of matrimonry heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom. This dissolution
is granted on the terms and conditions contained in the
Antenuptial Agreement entered into by the Parties on November
30, 1977 which was entered into evidence in this cause.
r 2. RESTORATION OF NAME: AVONELL C. HURD be and she. is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of AVONELL C.
SLOAN and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
4. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of
