This cause Was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause and the minor's natural father, JACK E. DAVIS,
having given written consent to the adoption of his daughter,
JBNNiFER McDA~IIELS, by the Petitioner herein, and it appearing to
the Gourt that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt
the minor cflild sought to be adopted and that the best interests
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child
is suitable for adoption by Petitioner, BETTY ELIZABETH DAVIS, and
being otherwise fully advised in the preemies, it fs
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as JENNIFER McDANIELS
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, 88TTY ELIZABETH
DAVIS, and is given the name of JENNIFER DAVIS, by which name she
shall hereafter be known, and ft is
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal heir
of BETTY ELIZABETH DAVIS, entitled to all rights and privileges,
and subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioner,
BETTY ELZZABETH DAVIS, in lawful wedlock.
DONE .AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this day of
Aug., 1979.
