FINAL JDDGMENT FOR ADOPTION
This-cause was heard upon Petition for Adoption filed in
this cause and the consent and recommendation of the Florida
Division of Family Services having been entered fn this cause for
the adoption of HAROLD WALLY MOXEY, JR., and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt
the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interests .
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child
is suitable for adoption by Petitioners, HAROLD WALLY MOXEY and
JENNIFER J. MOXEY, his wife, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as HAROLD WALLY MOXEY, JR.
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, HAROLD WALLY
MOXEY and JENNIFER J. MOXEY, and it is _
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the chi ld and legal heir
of the Petitioners, HAROLD WALLY MOXEY and JENNIFER J. MOXEY,
entitled to all rights and privileges,-and subject to all obligations
of a-child born to the Petitioners, HAROLD WALLY MOXEY and JENNIFER
J. MOXEY, in lawful wedlock.
DON AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
this day of August, 1979.
