This cause came on for trial the day o ,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to the
' evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TALMAGE

C. WRIGHT, Husband, and OLIVIA GWENDOLYN CLAWSON WRIGHT, Wife,
be and the see is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony -
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arisin
therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife, OLIVIA GWENDOLYN CLAWSO
~ WRIGHT, be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former
~ name of OLIVIA GWENDOLYN CLAWSON, and to use the same in all
respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
