FINAL JUDGMENT DISS IAGE - - This cause came on for trial the 16th day of August, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between _ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved... It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between VICTORIA LYNNE LENARTIENE and.KLAUS PETER LENARTIENE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the .parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAEL PETER LENARTIENE and - SARAH ELIZABETH LENARTIENE, minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to VICTORIA LYNNE LENARTIENE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, KLAUS PETER LENARTIENE. 3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of $20.00 each and every week for the support of the children named above. Such payments are to be made in a manner to be agreed upon between the parties. 4. PROPERTY The Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 5. RESTRAINING ORDER.
