O R D E R
This cause coming on for hearing on the various motions
filed herein, and the Court af::er having heard testimony of
the parties-hereto and argument of Counsel and the Court finding
that the Husband, LESLEY L. CHARLEY, JR., is current in support
and that there has been a misunderstanding concerning the visit-
tion of the rights of the Husband in the past and that the Wife
is willing to allow the Husband visitation, and the parties agree
ing to the entry of this Order, and-the Court being othe1-wise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That the Husband- shall have by-w~eeklyvisitation with the
minor child of the parties, to-wit: DAWN RENE CHARLEY, from
7:00 p.m. Friday evening to 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening-commencing
the 6th day of July, 1979.
2. That the Husband shall notify the Wife 24 hours in ad-
vance in the event the Husband is not able to exercise his intent
for visitation. -
3. That the Husband shall, during his visitation period

Sunday morning to the Baptist Church that the Husband is attend-
- ing and to further take the minor child to the Sunday School
provided by the Baptist Church.
