ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
.THIS MATTER having come on before me this 10th day of
August, 1979, upon the petition of the Wife for temporary
relief, and the Court being fully advised i,n the premises, -
~it is upon consideration .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That~the restraining order entered by this Court on
July 30, 1979, remain in full force and effect.
2. That the Husband be and~he is hereby required to make
all payments due on the loan in the amount of $1,000.00 for
which the Wife's automobile was used as collateral.
3. That .the Husband be and he is hereby required to-pay
to the law firm of~Fee, Koblegard & Teel, P. A., the sum of_
$150.00 -for services rendered to the Wife in this action, together
with the sum of $36.50 Court costs; said total sum of $186.50 to
be paid within forty-five (45) days of the date of this Order.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
