ORDER
This. cause having come on for hearing upon the Wife's
Petition for Temporary Relief, and the Court having been pre-
sented with evidence, testimony of the parties, and being other-
- wise duly advised upon the premises,
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES as follows:
1. The Wife shall forthwith remove herself and her personal
belongings from the marital home located at 1565 Thumb-Point
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The Husband shall, at his expense, temporarily provide
the Wife with a furnished apartment or motel room.
. 3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Forty
Dollars ($40.00) per week, as temporary alimony, commencing the
i~.
?4 ~ day of August, 1979.
4. The parties and each of them are hereby en3oined and
restrained from coming about, annoying, or interfering with the
other, particularly including the residence and place of employ-
ment of the other party. The Sheriff of St.-Lucie County.,
_ Florida, and each of his authorized Deputies be and the same are
hereby ordered and directed to assist the Court in carrying out
this Order by seizing and taking into custody either party
violating this paragraph.
