DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 16th day of August, 1979,-and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; .that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
_ and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. .DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HELENE F. CORDARO
I'~ and RUSSELL T. CORDARO be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

and each of them are hereby forever freed. from the bonds. of matrimony hereto-
fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of PATTI,L. CORDARO, minor cM ld of the parties,
is hereby awarded to HELENE F. CORDARO with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to RUSSB T. CORDARO. ~C.~
vr~~~ . SUPPORT. Commencin the-~ day o , 1979, sum of
$33.00 each and every week, for the support of the child arced above..
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to HELENE F. CORDARO. In addition there is hereby assessed -
~ the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in sash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered
to comply with the provisions thereof.
