DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- This cause came on for hearing the 15th day of August, A.D.,
1979, on the Husband's Petition for Modification of the Final
Judgment-Dissolution of Marriage entered by this Court .on
August 30, 1978., as it pertains to the custody of JOSEPH
j
JACKSON HARRIS and ANTHONY MICHAEL HARRIS, and the child l
I~ ~ ? .
~ support for said children, and the parties having entered into I
an Agreement with respect to same dated the-6th day of April,
A. D:, 1979, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is, f
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. The Husband, JOHN R. HARRIS, shall have the

premanent care, custody and control of JOSEPH JACKSON HARRIS I

and ANTIiONY MICHAEL HARRIS, with reasonable rights of
visitation reserved to the Wife. {

2. That child support payments in the amount of ~

f $35.00 per week per child shall terminate immediately.
3. That the terms of the Agreement entered into
j by the parties dated April 6, 1979, are hereby ratified and
said AgreemenC is hereby incorporated in this Amended Final

Judgment .
4. That in all other respects the original Final

Judgment-Dissolution of Marriage entered by~this Court on .

.8/30/78, shall remain unchanged and binding upon the parties- j
