ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court for an
Order of Contempt for failure .to pay the sums of One Hundred ($100) '
per month alimony beginning April 1, 1979, and the Court having
heard testimony that the husband since July 7, 1979, has received income
from his employment at Sunshine State Dust Control and has made no
payments as directed and has had the present ability to pay since
July 7, 1979, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARION COLES TALLEY be and he is
hereby held in contempt of the former order of this Court and sentenced
to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail. He may purge
himself, however, by the payment of One Hundred ($100) for the alimony
due for the. month of July, 1979.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MARION COLES TALLEY pay to
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150)Dollars
for attorney fees.
