FINAL JUDGMENT .
DISS GE
THIS CAUSE having come on for final hearing on July 20,
1979, and the Court having heard testimony of all parties and the -
witness, and argument of counsel and being otherwise fully and will -
advised, and .the parties having reached an agreement and stipulated
in open Court to the terms set forth herein, it is - _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:-
1.~ DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JOHN R. PRESTAGE,
Husband and KATHRYN-ELAINE PRESTAGE, Wife, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. -

t 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the three minor children, to-wit:
JOHN MICHAEL PRESTAGE, born January 22, 1962, MICHELLE PRESTAGE, born _
October 3, 1963, and MARK PRESTAGE, born March 20, 1967, is hereby
awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to
the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the date this
Order is signed, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of.$17.50
per child each and every week for the support of the before-named
children; said sum to continue until such time as each such child
reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting..
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court 1-
' and by him-remitted promptly to KATHRYN ELAINE PRESTAGE. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
