added to each payment -made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order, or cashiers check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
- 4.- MARITAL RESIDENCE. The Wife and minor children shall
have the right to use and possession of the marital dwelling and
contents thereof until the youngest child reaches 18-years of age.
Said home is more particularly described as:

PARK, Plat Book ll, Page 28, as
recorded~in the Public Records
- of St. Lucie County, Florida. _
The Wife is in need of the subject real property in
order to provide a home for the parties' children..
The Wife shall henceforth pay. all mortgage payments
on the above-described real property. At the time of the sal o~
said property the Wife .shall receive, in addition to her half of
the proceeds of the sale, from the Husband's share of the proceeds,
one-half the amount of all mortgage payments made pursuant to this
Final Judgment and the amount of $1,200.00 which represents the
Wife's contribution for the down payment on the said real property.
5. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Husband is awarded title and
possession to the family Volkswagon and to the 1948 Ford. The Wife
~ is awarded possession and title to the 1977 Dodge Van: Each party
shall assume payment for any obligations due and owing on the auto-
-mobile awarded to that party and shall hold the other party harmless s
for any liability arising out of any such obligation. The Husband
shall and he is hereby ordered to refinance the 1948 Ford in order
to remove the obligation from the Wife's name and from her employer's
credit union.
The Wife and the minor children are awarded possession
of all furniture in the marital dwelling. The Hummel figurines which
have been collected by the parties for the benefit of the children
shall remain in the marital dwelling and be divided among the three
