PAUL DALLAiRE, Husband ) This cause came on for trial the 15th day of August,- - 1979, and the,Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has-jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the .relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties-is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJt1DGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and t~.~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the f obligations arising therefrom. i - 2. CUSTODY. Custody Of LISA A. DALLAIRE, JOEY P. DALLAIRE, GREGG R. DALLAIRE and AIMEE C. DALLAIRE, minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, CAROLS A. DALLAIRE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Husband, J. V. PAUL DALLAIRE. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 17th day of August, 1979, J. V. PAUL DALLAIRE shall pay weekly to CAROLS A. DALLAIRE the sum of $ 50.00 for the support of the child(ren) named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to CAROLS A. DALLAIRE.
