be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
ba n?ade in caeh, money order or cashies'a shack. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of thin Court advised
of their mailing and residence addressee at all times while
this order is in effect.
4. MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES: All reasonable-
medical and dental expenses and presctiption drugs .necessarily
incurred for treatment of said children and shown by itemized
bills, are expenses which the .father shall pay or reimburse
within twenty t20) days of presentation. if available through
- his employer, the father shalh maintain-group health insurance
coverage on--said children and provide their custodian with proof
and claim forms.
5. .JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper. .
