THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing and all parties having received
proper and timely notice;_ the Court having. heard testiwony and/or considered the
pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein, and being otherwise
fully and well. advised in the premises, it is -
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGID that the minor child(ren)

is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
CHARLIE LEE ALFORD ,and ETHEL LEE BOUIE ,
the natural mother; it is further

ETHEL LEE BOUIE shall have custody of the said child(ren)
sub,~ect to the Defendant's right of reasonable visitation; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that cowaencing on AUGUST 21 1974,
the Defendant/Father shall pay child support for and on behalf of Che said child(ren)
in the amount o-f $ 80.00 per month ~ , -plus 52.00 statutory fee . All

until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Pay®ents from
the Department of Health and Rphabilitativ~ Services, in which event the support
payment's shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural pother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further
