Rehabilitative Services, Chfld Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED~AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments frow
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
paymerits~shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-Hawed Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPARTHBNT OF HEALTH AND AEHABILITATIVS
SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, AMENDMBNT UNIT, shall and~it is hereby ordered to:
